Hello all! My name is Niki Tantillo and I am an illustrator and layout artist.
I graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2018 with a degree in Visual Arts and Emerging Media Management. I spent some time from there working on illustration, graphic design, and concept designs for both myself and clients before finding a place in the publishing industry as a typesetter in 2021. Once I became more familiar with layout production, I began experimenting with and incorporating illustrative elements into my layout design process with the first book to see this being Paige Lavoie's "I'm in Love with Mothman" followed by her second book "I'm Engaged to Mothman".
Since then, I focus more on 2D design, illustration, and large-scale layouts. I expanded to cover design in 2022 working on Chip Hayne's "The Bicycle Life of Oliver Possum" series, Crystal Wood's "Dusk Walker", Honey Cummings' Yonder title "Queen's Incubus", among other titles. I currently work with Storytellers Forge designing layouts and illustrations for their TTRPG campaigns such as The Black Ballad, Festivals of the Forgotten, and other future projects.
